A little About Me…

Hey I’m Becky, a makeup artist and hairstylist from Cardiff.  Although this is my base, my work takes me to many other areas of Wales, Bristol, Bath, London and beyond.  My clients feel confident in my abilities for any special occasion as I am able to provide the expertise they are looking for -  gained from a background in bridal, special occasions, proms, promotional photo shoots and involvement within the TV and Film industry.

My experience started around 10 years ago when I trained in London.  During this time I was lucky enough to work with some of the best makeup teams on productions such as ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and ‘The Voice’ …  where my love for hair and makeup grew.  From there I continued to develop my skills within the TV industry here in Wales; working on productions for the BBC, S4C and Netflix. Using my knowledge and expertise I have also developed a great freelance career and have been enjoying working with my lovely clients creating their dream look for weddings and other special occasions.

My Style…

Each makeup I create reflects my passion and understanding for my client and their personal style. Understanding face-shape, eye-shape, skin-tone all plays a part in creating the perfect look for you. Every face is unique and beautiful so enhancing your features in the most flattering way is my priority.  I am definitely a perfectionist … but I’ve had no complaints about that!  

No matter what the occasion, my love for makeup means that I always want the most beautiful, glowing look for each of my clients and my love for skincare ensures I achieve this.  The preparation of each makeup I do forms an extremely important part of my work.  Using only premium skincare, I will always prep the skin before application; choosing the correct products for my clients’ skin-type and needs.  This ensures the skin is hydrated and happy … resulting in the long-wear of the makeup I am known for!
